Im busy making cards for our wedding (never been married before) and wondered if anyone had any nice ideas on what wording we could put inside our invitations. we will be having seperate ones for the wedding venue and reception / and just an evening invite.

I want to do something really out there and unique…EG: Getting a parrot to say “You are invited to….” OR EVEN: sending people a letter to say look at the sky on a certain time…and a sky writer could write the invite in the sky!
I just want something that it really cool, unique, crazy and out there!

Here is where I got mine http://www.bottlemeamessage.com/ (on the left hand side underr invitations). Everyone loved them and I had never seen anyone else do it either.
The sky writing thing not really practical because everyone you are inviting would have to be in the same (small) area to be able to see it. The parrot really isn’t to logistically possible either.

hey there I am not sure of the exact price but this place is beautiful! It is located in Torrance, ca. They have numerous places to be married or have a reception at the location so i am sure you can find something in your budget. I would definitely call and find out! Good luck hun

My fiance and i want to make our own wedding invitations but i cant find a template for how we wanna make it. i just need something that has a variety of ways to fold. and nothing with themes or anything already on it. any ideas?

I made my wedding invites but also made a HEAP load of origami flowers. Maybe you could have a look at some origami sites? I’m not sure if this is what you meant, but good luck with the invites and best wishes for the future =D

I’m buying wedding invitations but wanted to save a little money and make my own bridal shower invitations. I was going to find a site to buy some regular 8 1/2 x 11 paper and just print and cut them myself, but I didn’t know what paper thickness I should use. Any ideas?

The wedding dress I’m looking for is mainly the top. It’s strapless and the top flairs out so the very top isn’t close to the body. I think its so elegant. If anyone can send me a picture or name of this type of style it would be appreciated!
